Using a gua sha tool increases circulation and lymphatic flow in your face. It allows you to work deeper into the muscles and fascia than by using fingers alone, so you can consciously release where you are tight.
For tutorials, check out my YouTube channel! It’s important to follow your intuition on how much or how little feels good, and to note changes in your appearance before and after the treatment. I recommend using gua sha for a few minutes a day or as a treatment for 15-20 minutes twice a week. Make sure to use good quality massage oil or balm, and to wash it off with a warm towel after the treatment.
To clean your gua sha tool, wash it with warm water and gentle soap. Please take care that it doesn’t slip in the sink as the stone is fragile.
